Service Description

Chat counselling occurs online through a secure online messaging system. Camera and sound will be disabled and we will only use 'chat' to communicate in real-time. For first-time bookings, you will need to complete a consent form and an intake questionnaire prior to the appointment. Failure to complete the necessary paperwork may result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice. Clients who fail to cancel appointments with sufficient notice or who fail to attend a scheduled appointment will be required to pay the full amount for the session. In the event you would like to cancel, please email me with sufficient notice.
